Listing agent will proceed with this type of client as a traditional listing. The agent will do all the daily work to get our clients to the closing table. This includes but is not limited to putting the property on MLS and multiple other websites, arranging showings, hosting open houses, presenting offers, negotiating, drafting legal documents, various venues of adverting and promoting properties to capture buyers, along with various other activities. The commission due is a percentage of the sale price.

This is for the independent "For Sale By Owner" that is looking to get listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Services) and manage all other aspects of the sale privately for a flat rate fee. Statistics have proven that many FSBO sellers end up listing with a full service agent...if, in time, our limited service clients choose to enter into a full service listing with RDRG we will credit the flat rate fee back to the seller at the time of a successful full service closing! The following services are NOT being provided by the Red Door Realty:

• Arrange appointments for cooperating brokers to show listed property to potential purchasers, but instead give cooperating brokers authority to make such appointments directly with the seller(s).
• Accept and present to the seller(s) offers to purchase procured by cooperating brokers, but instead gives cooperating brokers authority to present offers to purchase directly to the seller(s).
• Advise the sellers as to the merits of offers to purchase.
• Assist the seller(s) in developing, communicating, or presenting counter-offers.
• Participate on the seller's behalf in negotiations leading to the sale of listed property.
• Schedule and coordinate the closing of listed property.
• Order title insurance.
• Hold earnest money.
